Stilt (YC W16) is building a bank focused on 45 million immigrants in the US. Immigrants are traditionally shut out of the financial system because they lack a financial identity. We are building technology to democratize access to financial services.

Improving access to financial services for everyone, especially for the underserved and immigrants has never been more important. We are based in San Francisco (open to remote), founded by an immigrant team with expertise in finance, technology, and machine learning. 70% of the team is immigrants and from underrepresented backgrounds. We are working hard to make financial services simple by using non-traditional data, building a modern scoring and decision engine, and improving operational efficiency.

It is a challenging and fulfilling opportunity for someone looking to make a difference in the lives of immigrants across the world. As we rewrite the approach to banking, we are looking for a Senior Growth Marketer who believes in making this happen with us.

Senior Product Manager will work directly with the founders (CEO/CTO), engineering, design, credit risk, compliance, and other functions to build innovative products.

You will be the first PM on the team and will be instrumental in defining the product culture and future direction of the team.

You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the CTO.

Broad Responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle of the product execution - from ideation to taking it live to scaling it to millions of users
• Closely work with engineering and design teams to build and iterate on features to delight customers
• Be an advocate for customers inside the company

Specifics:

• Write product specification documents for engineering and design teams to deliver high quality product experience
• Collaborate with compliance and credit risk to reduce friction for customers without compromising credit quality or increasing compliance risk
• Synthesize customer problems into frameworks and translate their needs into product requirements
• Identify, monitor, track, and improve the most important KPIs for different products
• Prioritize the most important features that will help 10x the company

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in directly managing a product at a fast growth startup preferably a fintech startup
• Ability to synthesize complex customer requirements and challenges into product specification documents
• Have a data driven approach to product development and measurement of success
• Demonstrated great product judgement in building and organizing features for highest impact
• Deep knowledge of product management tools including JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Inclination and intention towards fast execution and iteration
• A technical background is preferred.
• Programming knowledge - Python and SQL is preferred.
